Senior Cybersecurity Engineer
Role Overview
The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for securing the organization’s IT environment, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement security architecture and controls

Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination

Manage SIEM, SOC operations, and security tools
-
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)

Lead security audits and risk assessments
-
Manage identity and access management (IAM)
-
Coordinate with vendors on security solutions
-
Conduct user awareness and security training
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
-
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity
-
Strong experience in:
-
Network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS
-
SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
-
Endpoint security and EDR solutions
-
Cloud security
-
Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance
Certifications (Preferred)

CISSP, CISM, or CEH
-
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
Soft Skills

Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
