We’re supporting a high-profile client in Doha looking to hire a Wargaming Expert with a strong background in security, law enforcement, or policing environments .

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, simulation, and real-world operational planning , supporting critical decision-making across national security, public safety, and crisis response scenarios .

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and lead wargames, tabletop exercises (TTXs), and advanced simulations
• Facilitate sessions as a “white cell” , guiding senior stakeholders through complex, high-pressure scenarios
• Build realistic security & policing scenarios (counter-terrorism, crisis response, public safety, critical incident management)
• Conduct threat modelling & adversary behaviour analysis
• Deliver After Action Reports (AARs) with clear operational and strategic insights
• Use simulation tools and wargaming platforms to model real-world threats

What we’re looking for:

• Background in law enforcement, policing, national security, military, or intelligence
• Hands-on experience with security or police wargaming / TTX exercises
• Strong understanding of public safety operations, crisis response, and threat environments
• Experience engaging senior government / command-level stakeholders
• Excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain security clearance
