ASRC Federal Broadleaf Division is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Aviation Data Analyst to support our Army National Guard Aviation division work in Arlington, VA.

The Data Analyst shall provide statistical services and analysis to the ARNG Aviation Division. Analysis areas include: aviation's readiness, maintenance posture, and fiscal management throughout the fifty states, three territories, and the District of Columbia.

Position Duties:
Analyze data gathered from DA Form 1352s, cPROBE, VANTAGE and other applicable forms or databases to create reports and visual aids, conduct trend analysis and translate data into actionable analytics to measure, track and improve ARNG Aviation readiness. The contractor shall present analysis no later than the last workday of each month or when requested to ARNG Aviation Leadership.
Assist ARNG Aviation Division to integrate data analysis and visualization into all aspects of Army Aviation readiness to include, but not limited to, equipment readiness, maintenance supply chains, and training readiness.
Leverage applicable ARNG G1 databases to incorporate elements of unit assigned strength and unit end strength into data visualization products and identify readiness trends of both rated and non-rated ARNG Aviation personnel for both ARNG full-time staff and traditional Guard soldiers.
Provide a list of proposed upgrades or improvements to the Aviation tracking mechanisms or metrics and document recommended modifications or improvements in the monthly status report. The contractor shall document all issues and errors found or reported and work with the appropriate entity to resolve these issues. Contractor shall not make any changes to current processes without Government approval.
Provide Aviation data support to the 54 states and territories during Arlington Hall Station core hours as outlined in 1.2.4 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This occurs approximately 20 times per month.
Be proficient in software and programming languages such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Structured Query Language (SQL) and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to develop qualitative and/or quantitative data sets for the Aviation Division. Certification(s) in these areas preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance required
