Travel Guard is seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Underwriting Analyst to join our team in Stevens Point, WI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our underwriting operations through data analysis, report generation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions. If you’re proficient in Excel and eager to grow your career, this is a great opportunity—while the role doesn’t include underwriting authority at the start, we offer robust training to help you build toward that responsibility and beyond.

What’s the job?

You’ll run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.
You’ll assist with month end tasks, confirming numbers and reviewing reports.
You’ll complete offboarding account requests.
You’ll offer recommendations within your team and collaborate with other internal departments we support.
You’ll complete contract renewals and policy exception requests.
You’ll update tracking logs and enter/update account information into company database.

What are we looking for?

You’ll have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Underwriting or business-related experience.
You’ll possess an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
You’ll possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
You’ll demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.
