# We’re Hiring: Senior Data Analyst (Remote/Full-time)

Are you passionate about turning data into impactful insights and building smart AI-driven solutions? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team!

About the Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work on all aspects of data and analytics — from designing dashboards and maintaining data pipelines to developing AI/ML algorithms that power our platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving data-based decision-making.

# Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and deliver actionable insights.

Develop algorithms, conduct experiments, and use ML/statistical techniques for problem-solving.

Design and manage interactive dashboards (Metabase, Looker Studio, Power BI).

Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines (PySpark, AWS Glue, Step Functions).

Perform data cleansing, validation, and enhancement for analytics systems.

Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead and mentor a team of junior data analysts.

# What You Bring:

Strong skills in Python and SQL for analysis and data manipulation.

Expertise in dashboard tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, Power BI).

Solid understanding of advanced SQL, statistical techniques, and data privacy.

Hands-on experience with PySpark, AWS (Glue, Athena, S3), and ETL workflows.

Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and GenAI applications (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning).

Proficiency in data storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Git.
