Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, MIS reporting, and Power BI, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear manner.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Strong experience in MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
• Good understanding of databases and basic SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
