Senior Data Analyst - Healthcare Domain

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management:
• Gather, clean, and standardize data from EHRs, claims, surveys, and other sources.
• Analysis:
• Use statistical methods (regression, predictive modeling) to find patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Reporting:
• Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving:
• Investigate discrepancies, explain outcomes (like readmissions or costs), and propose data-driven solutions.
• Process Improvement:
• Work with teams to implement changes and assess their impact on care quality and cost.

Essential and Must have Skills & Qualifications

• Technical: SQL, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), Excel & Data Modelling understanding of EHR systems.
• Analytical: Strong statistical knowledge, critical thinking, attention to detail.
• Domain Knowledge: Recent 3+ years of work experience in healthcare operations, billing, clinical processes, US healthcare and regulations. is a Must
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation skills, teamwork.
• Job Location - Bangalore , Chennai, Hyderabad , Pune, Kolkata, Gurgaon
• Work Model - Hybrid (8 Days a month mandatory)
• Experience Level 6-10 years
• Joining Time - IMMEDIATE - Max 30 days (We are ok for NP Buyout)
