Senior Data Analyst - Power BI

Key accountabilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Analyze operational data to spot bottlenecks, delays, or resource wastage.

- Recommend process changes based on data-driven insights.

- Optimizing Performance:

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Use predictive analytics to forecast outcomes and adjust strategies proactively.

- Automating Reporting

experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
