Responsibilities

• Build pipeline, feature engineering, train models, benchmark performance on test data and explain outcomes.

Must Have Technical Skills

• ML & Time Series: Gradient Boosted Trees (XGBoost/LightGBM), Random Forest, linear models; LSTM/GRU; autoencoders; one class/LOF/Isolation Forest; changepoint detection; ARIMA/SARIMA; Croston/TSB for intermittent demand.

Domain

Power plant operations/HMB concepts, reliability engineering, maintenance KPIs; ERP/CMMS (SAP PM/MM), inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in executing AI/ML projects.

• A highly data focused and investigative approach to problem solving.
