The
Senior Data Scientist Specialist
is responsible for analyzing complex data related to customer behavior, product performance, and business operations to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. This role combines deep analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset, working closely with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to identify trends, optimize products, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Senior Data Scientist will leverage advanced statistical models, machine learning, and data visualization to uncover insights and guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze customer data to identify behavior patterns, segmentation opportunities, and churn drivers, supporting initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.

Assess product performance through data-driven insights, identifying areas for improvement, new features, and potential optimizations to increase product value and customer satisfaction.

Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to support customer lifecycle management, product adoption trends, and demand forecasting.

Work closely with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions, fostering data-driven decision-making.

Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of new features, marketing campaigns, and product changes on customer behavior and satisfaction.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key business metrics related to customer and product performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Present complex data insights in a clear and accessible manner to stakeholders, using data visualization techniques to support storytelling and decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role, with a focus on customer and product analysis.
