Job Objective:
Support the implementation of data policies and assist in managing the full data lifecycle under senior supervision, ensuring compliance with NDMO requirements in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement the complete data lifecycle from creation to disposal according to the approved framework.

Support alignment of internal processes with National Data Management Office (NDMO) requirements.

Conduct periodic data quality audits and document data sources and processes.

Review and update data policies and governance procedures on a regular basis.

Develop data dictionaries, definitions, and measurement guides.

Design operational dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making.

Establish and document data protection and classification procedures for sensitive data.

Support compliance teams in preparing periodic compliance reports.
-
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the implementation of data solutions and products.

Document data sharing processes, approval conditions, and transparency requirements.

Stay updated with international data standards and adopt them based on organizational needs.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure compliance and effective policy implementation.

Perform any other related duties within the Data Management Office scope.
Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), with the ability to build operational reports.

Strong understanding of DAMA, NDMO, and concepts of encryption, privacy, and governance.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.

Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
