Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Delay Analyst to join our team and provide expert analysis and support in assessing schedule delays on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction scheduling, and delay analysis methodologies.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct thorough analysis of project schedules to identify and assess delays.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data and information for delay analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide expert testimony and support in dispute resolution processes.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and methodologies related to delay analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering civil, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in delay analysis on large construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in delay analysis (e.g. PSP, PMP) is a plus.

Strong analytical skills to assess delays in projects accurately.

8. Familiarity with construction contracts and legal aspects related to project delays.
9. Experience in conducting delay impact analyses and preparing delay reports.
10. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
