Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Design Architect with a strong consultancy background to join our head office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, project coordination, and leading design teams on large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept through to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design objectives are achieved.
• Review and approve design drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, codes, and project requirements.
• Provide creative and technical input during all stages of design and project execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other discipline teams for integrated design solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Building & Infrastructure Projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design within a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
