Senior Architect (Design)

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architectural design and preparation of detailed construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge and full understanding of Qatar local regulations and requirements, including Qatar Civil Defense codes and compliance standards.
• Must be classified as Grade A by the Engineers and Engineering Offices Acceptance Committee in Qatar.
• Proven expertise in architectural visualization and presentation software, including:
• o Adobe Photoshop
• o Autodesk 3ds Max
• Good knowledge of GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System) standards issued by Gulf Organization for Research & Development.
• Familiarity and practical experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows.
• Valid QID and NOC
