We’re looking for a Senior Designer with deep expertise in one of the following specialties:

Graphic Design: Craft high-impact visual systems and marketing assets across digital and print.

Branding: Lead brand development, from strategy and identity to guidelines and rollout.

Motion Graphics: Produce compelling motion content for campaigns, product, and storytelling.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business goals into creative solutions, using your craft expertise to raise the quality bar and mentor others.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design projects within your specialty from concept to delivery.

Translate briefs and insights into clear creative strategies, explorations, and final assets.

Present work to stakeholders, articulate rationale, and incorporate feedback effectively.

Partner with marketing, product, content, and leadership to align design with objectives.

Establish and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for your specialty.

Provide mentorship and feedback to designers and collaborators; elevate team craft.

Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and uphold quality under deadlines.

Contribute to a culture of experimentation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
Graphic Design:

Design digital and print assets (web, social, email, ads, decks, collateral).
-
Create scalable visual systems, iconography, and campaign toolkits.

Prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors/printers as needed.
Branding:

Lead brand discovery, positioning, messaging alignment, and identity systems.

Create logos, typography systems, color palettes, illustration styles, and guidelines.
-
Oversee brand rollout and governance across channels and teams.
Motion Graphics:

Concept, storyboard, design, and animate motion assets for video, product, and social.

Develop style frames, motion systems, and templates; handle 2D/3D as relevant.

Collaborate on sound design, editing, and delivery specs for various platforms.
Qualifications

5–8+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in your specialty.

Mastery of core tools:

Graphic/Branding: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Motion: After Effects, Premiere; Cinema 4D/Blender a plus.

Strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, and composition skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.

Ability to scope work, manage deadlines, and balance craft with business needs.

Familiarity with accessibility and platform best practices.
-
Nice to have: basic understanding of web/digital production, 3D, or illustration depending on specialty.
