Job Title: Senior Designer & Animator
Job Overview:
Abacus is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer & Animator to join our Corporate Communications & Branding team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in design, animation, and video editing, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand communication.
This role calls for a creative mind skilled in design, motion, and storytelling, bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals that strengthen the Abacus brand and engage audiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Visual Development:

Create visually engaging designs for digital, social, and marketing campaigns.

Develop layouts, illustrations, and brand assets consistent with Abacus creative direction.

Maintain high design standards and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

Edit and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.

Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

Collaborate with internal teams to plan, storyboard, and execute creative video projects.
3. Creative Conceptualization:

Translate creative briefs into impactful visual concepts and stories.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.

Combine design and motion to create cohesive, engaging brand experiences.
4. Collaboration & Project Management:

Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver unified creative output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, or video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
