Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Developer with a strong background in CRM integrations, Bitrix, DocMate, and API development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining system integrations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth data exchange between platforms to enhance business efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Bitrix, DocMate, and other business systems.
• Build, customize, and manage RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Ensure seamless data synchronization across CRM, ERP, and external applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement scalable integration solutions.
• Optimize CRM workflows, automation, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration or data-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain best practices for coding, documentation, and version control.
• Stay current with emerging integration technologies and CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of proven experience in CRM development and integration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Bitrix24, DocMate, and related CRM systems.
• Expertise in API development and integration (RESTful APIs, JSON, XML).
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and web services architecture.
• Experience with automation workflows and CRM customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
• Understanding of data security standards and best integration practices.
• Previous experience integrating healthcare or business management platforms is a plus.
