Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) and AWS CodeDeploy
• Lead release management & feature flagging (e.g., LaunchDarkly)
• Integrate code quality & static analysis tools like SonarQube
• Work deeply with AWS infrastructure & security policies
• Design and support Kubernetes-based deployments
• Implement observability (metrics, dashboards, alerting, logs)
• Support QA automation & performance testing infrastructure
• Enable blue/green & canary deployments
• Build automation and tooling to enhance developer productivity
• Collaborate with US-based operations & security teams and India product teams

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure / Release Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with feature flag tools (LaunchDarkly or similar)
• Solid understanding of microservices & versioning strategies
• Expertise in AWS services (IAM, VPC, EC2, EKS, CloudWatch)
• Strong exposure to observability tools & practices
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Knowledge of security & compliance enforcement
• Excellent communication & cross-regional collaboration skills

Pay: ₹727,401.46 - ₹2,203,757.50 per year
