Senior Digital Commerce Manager

Job Summary:
Tortas July Online is seeking an experienced and growth-focused Senior Digital Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our digital commerce operations across multiple online channels. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who understands eCommerce growth, online customer experience, digital marketing performance, and revenue optimization.

You will play a key role in scaling digital sales, improving customer engagement, and driving commercial success through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. What you'll do:

• Develop and execute digital commerce and online sales strategies
• Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital sales channels
• Monitor website performance, customer journey, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to improve online customer experience
• Analyze digital sales data, KPIs, and market trends to support business growth
• Lead promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and online merchandising initiatives
• Support SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and customer acquisition strategies
• Improve retention strategies and customer engagement programs
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, operational efficiency, and digital performance
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership teams

Requirements:

• Experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, online sales, or digital marketing management
• Strong understanding of online customer acquisition and conversion strategies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to business performance and growth opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience is considered an asset

Pay: KD1,850.000 - KD2,800.000 per month
