The Digital Marketing Team Leader requires a creative and motivated individual with at least 1+ years of digital marketing experience. The primary focus of this position is to lead and execute marketing projects for our clients, most of whom are leaders in their respective industries. The Digital Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for growing and developing the online presence of existing clients, including social media, web, and other digital channels. They will also identify, implement, and execute new strategies to generate new business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Research advertising trends
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Manage social media campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content
• Research competitors’ pricing and products
• Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Determine what content will reach customers
• Develop projects to create content
• Publish digital marketing content online
• Implement email marketing campaigns
• Measure digital traffic
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
• Monitor project status and budget
• Conduct market research to inform campaigns
• Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests

Digital Marketing Specialists should have a Bachelor's of Computer Application or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English or other fields that enhance their ability to create original content relevant to promoting your business’s products and services.
