About the Role
Lingua Language Center is seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Senior Digital Marketing & AI Growth Lead to transform and oversee the marketing strategy, execution, and digital infrastructure across our multiple campuses in South Florida.
This is a senior-level role requiring deep experience in digital marketing, HubSpot operations, CRO, website optimization, email marketing strategy, AI-driven workflows, and measurable growth execution. You will report directly to the COO and operate with full ownership of the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives qualified leads and enrollment growth across domestic, international, corporate, and agency segments.
- Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels.
- Lead the planning and execution of campaigns aligned with enrollment cycles, international recruitment seasons, and campus objectives.
AI-Enhanced Marketing Execution
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation scripts, Zube AI agents) to scale, automate, and enhance marketing workflows.
- Maintain and update AI knowledge banks to ensure accuracy of automated responses.
- Implement AI-driven processes for analytics, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Website Optimization and CRO
- Conduct full website audits to identify UX, structure, and conversion issues.
- Provide developers with clear, actionable instructions to implement updates.
- Build and optimize landing pages tailored to specific audiences, including F-1 visa applicants, domestic ESL leads, corporate clients, and recruiting agencies.
- Improve CTA performance, reduce friction in forms, and drive higher conversion rates.
HubSpot Marketing Operations
- Own HubSpot Marketing Hub end-to-end.
- Create and manage landing pages, email templates, forms, workflows, segments, and automation.
- Oversee CRM data hygiene, lifecycle stages, and funnel reporting.
- Build dashboards and track KPIs to support decision-making.
Email Marketing and Automation
- Build and deploy weekly email campaigns to over 2,200 contacts.
- Develop and optimize nurture sequences for multiple lead categories.
- Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance through segmentation and A/B testing.
Reporting and Analytics
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis using GA4 and HubSpot dashboards.
- Provide weekly reports to leadership on traffic, funnels, campaign results, and conversion insights.
Brand Management and Coordination
- Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all campuses and platforms.
- Collaborate with Multimedia and Social Media teams to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives.
- Support marketing materials for recruitment fairs, agent outreach, and corporate partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in senior digital marketing or growth-focused roles.
- Advanced experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (required).
- Strong proficiency in GA4, SEO fundamentals, conversion rate optimization, and user experience best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and marketing automation workflows.
- Experience with AI tools for marketing automation and content production.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and executional capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in international education is a plus but not required.

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience and geographic region, with performance-based incentives.
This role is full-time and remote, with availability required during U.S. business hours.
