We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing and SEO Manager who can take ownership of our digital growth strategy. You are not just managing campaigns; you are driving visibility, traffic, and conversion across multiple channels. You will lead initiatives that connect data insights with creative execution, ensuring our clients and internal brands achieve sustainable online growth.

You will work closely with analytics, content, and business teams to translate complex data into high-performing campaigns. You are the voice of performance marketing in a room full of stakeholders, ensuring every decision is backed by data and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Ownership
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including technical SEO, on page optimization, and link building initiatives

Digital Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize multi channel campaigns across search, display, and social platforms

Performance Analysis
Monitor key metrics including traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously improve campaign performance

Content Optimization
Collaborate with content teams to ensure all digital content is optimized for search visibility and user engagement

Team Leadership
Guide and mentor junior marketing specialists and coordinate with cross functional teams

Stakeholder Reporting
Prepare clear performance reports and present insights and recommendations to leadership and clients

What We Are Looking For

Experience
6 plus years in digital marketing with strong focus on SEO and performance marketing
At least 2 years in a senior or leadership role

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads and social media advertising

Analytical Ability
Proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies

Communication Skills
Strong presentation and reporting skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Mindset
Results driven, detail oriented, and proactive with a strong focus on continuous improvement
