Position Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment, is passionate about data-informed marketing, and enjoys turning strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and paid media.
- Manage day-to-day content updates on websites (WordPress/HubSpot Marketing Enterprise CMS) and help optimize the user experience and conversion paths.
- Configure and customize HubSpot to support marketing and sales alignment, including lead scoring models, automated drip campaigns, and tailored workflows based on buyer behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Build and schedule emails, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot; manage marketing lists and lead segmentation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support campaign launches, product promotions, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Maintain and update product listings, content, and promotions on our Shopify-based digital catalog to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and optimal user experience.
- Support analytics and reporting delivered to CMO to evaluate campaign effectiveness (Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards).
- Serve as one of the main points of contact for internal HubSpot support and training, helping onboard new users and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor social channels, post content, and engage with followers to grow brand presence.
- Maintain the digital asset library, event landing pages, and digital catalog content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
- Assist in content creation and proofreading for blog posts, emails, and sales collateral.
- Stay up to date on digital trends, marketing best practices, and emerging tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience and training.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
- Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation), WordPress, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, willing to learn and evolve alongside the role.
