Position Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing and executing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, KPI tracking, and social media growth strategies. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Campaigns:
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) campaigns.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign objectives to maximize ROI.
- KPI Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking dashboards.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage clients’ Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Sponsor and boost content to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align social content with marketing campaigns.
- Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Client Coordination:
- Communicate campaign performance and progress with clients regularly.
- Provide strategic input for scaling client accounts and enhancing their online presence.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for ads.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and best practices.
- Contribute to overall brand growth initiatives of Repac and its clients.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
