Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads & SEO
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website rankings.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
2. Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Paid Ads
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to produce engaging posts, reels, and ad creatives.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance to ensure growth and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, online advertising, and content marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in Google Ads, SEO techniques, and social media ads.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Strong content sense and ability to coordinate with creative teams.
- Result-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
