Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai, India
Department: Marketing
Reports To: CEO

Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads & SEO

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Implement SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website rankings.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

2. Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Paid Ads

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to produce engaging posts, reels, and ad creatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance to ensure growth and engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, online advertising, and content marketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in Google Ads, SEO techniques, and social media ads.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong content sense and ability to coordinate with creative teams.
  • Result-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
