Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Amanrasoft are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing expert to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth for international brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the needs and objectives of the business.
• Conduct extensive market research for brands of different niches to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop digital marketing strategies for international brands, both in-house and client-side. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for international e-commerce and service-based companies.
• Lead creative development initiatives to inspire the target audience and drive desired actions. Run targeted ads with different objectives on multiple social media platforms. Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, fostering consumer engagement and revenue growth across global markets.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs. Stay ahead of market trends, conduct ongoing consumer market research, and analyze competitors' activities.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with Company Stakeholders, Digital Teams, and Business Unit Heads to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Generate monthly social media calendars, prepare comprehensive reports, and manage day-to-day project activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including paid advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with international brands is mandatory.
