Intellipro Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for our client, a leading consumer goods brand. This is a high-impact role where you will own digital advertising strategy, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and strengthen the company’s brand presence across retail media and social platforms.

What You’ll Do

Retail Media Advertising (≈75%)

• Plan and manage paid media campaigns on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel.
• Oversee budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Manage agency partners and ensure campaign performance aligns with growth goals.
• Deliver actionable reports on campaign success, spend, and customer acquisition.

Social Media & Content (≈25%)

• Create and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Manage community engagement and influencer collaborations.
• Stay on top of trends and bring creative ideas to expand the brand’s reach.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of digital marketing experience (ads + social).
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or ad dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Background in consumer goods, e-commerce, or retail brands.
• Influencer or affiliate marketing experience.
• Design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut).

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including education, work experience, skills, certifications, and job responsibilities. In addition to competitive pay, IntelliPro offers a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility, to support employee well-being and career development.

Pay: $82,353.03 - $110,000.00 per year
