Design a digital marketing and media strategy supporting new business goals

(for all stakeholders: clients/ merchants/ consumers) , especially the lead targets, in accordance with the brand strategy. Design a channel based yearly tactical execution and operational plan, that includes developing buying tactics and capabilities for each channel, applying different techniques to optimize return, monitoring health indicators (SEA, Display, Paid Social, in-Video Ads, Retargeting, Native Advertising, Affiliation….), developing (if necessary) a redesign of the corporate web site, aligned with Digital Marketing priorities, to drive revenue growth.



🌟 You’re a match


  • Experience in Digital Marketing (preferably B2B) : A solid understanding of various digital marketing channels; search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), display advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics tools. The ability to analyze campaign data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
  • Developing strategies to optimize digital marketing campaigns performance, including budget allocation, targeting, and content/creative optimization. Continuously monitoring and adjusting campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs.
  • Understanding user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website and landing page performance. Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO principles and techniques to improve organic visibility and rankings through keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink analysis, and technical SEO.
  • Managing and allocating (digital) performance marketing budgets effectively to achieve desired performance outcomes. Monitoring digital advertising spend, ROI, and other financial metrics for efficient resource allocation.
  • Colloborate and work closely with cross-functional teams and global team to align strategies with business goals. Strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing objectives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with emerging performance marketing technologies, and best practices and also industry trends, competitors and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in digital performance marketing tools and strategies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Understanding customer segments, market segments, and targeting strategies to drive performance.

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, Economics, Engineering, MBA is an asset,
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to work effectively across business teams
  • Results driven and delivery focused approach
  • Multi-task management
  • Insight driven, analytic and out-of-the- box thinking skills
