Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and execution. You'll manage a small team (up to 10 people), drive multi-channel marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email), and ensure ROI across campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business goals
* Manage team execution across channels: PPC, SEO, social media, content, email marketing Monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns
* Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and reporting Coordinate with design, content, product, and sales teams.

• Requirements:

* 5‑7 years of digital marketing experience
* At least 1 year as a team lead/manager or
* Minimum 3–4 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.

• Strong leadership in campaign execution
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing, analytics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
