Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all online channels.
  • Collaborate with retention, performance, and digital teams to optimize lead lifecycles, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Leverage CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies to effectively nurture leads and existing customers.
  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in SEO, including technical aspects (301s, 302s), and utilize tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush to drive organic growth.
  • Oversee and guide the content strategy with the Digital Marketing Executive, ensuring consistent, SEO-optimized, and timely content distribution across platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals, focusing on metrics like CPA, CPM, DSA, and PMAX.
  • Serve as the internal expert on Google Analytics (including GA4) to extract insights and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Plan and execute automated email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and DotDigital.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of acquisition and retention marketing projects.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for all channels, setting performance benchmarks and tracking KPIs for ongoing improvement across SEO, email, social media, and web initiatives.
  • Work closely with the web development team, demonstrating understanding of web processes and CMS (especially WordPress) for updates and enhancements.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure effective integration of websites, marketing platforms, and CRM systems for smooth data flow and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership in campaign strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional project management, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and focus on ROI.
  • Google Ads and SEO certifications preferred.
