Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Requirements and Skills:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing,
  • Ability to plan and provide feedback to responsible brands for quarterly and annual development,
  • Ability to prepare and present periodic reports on managed brands, both verbally and in writing according to the occasion.
  • Written and spoken Turkish communication skills, as well as necessary English level to meet industry requirements and terminology,
  • Preferably with agency experience.
  • Experience creating and managing campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager,
  • Proven experience in designing and executing A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio to create clear, automated dashboards for clients,
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4 including building custom reports, creating audiences, and setting up conversions and events using GA4's event-based data model,
  • Managing and forecasting advertising budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) targets are met,
  • Understanding of different attribution models and how to use them to properly allocate marketing budget and evaluate campaign success,
  • Developing integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that leverage the unique strengths of platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok to achieve business objectives.



Job Responsibilities:


  • Working in harmony with teammates within a full-time work model, regular information sharing with team leaders about processes throughout brand management,
  • Setting up campaigns for brands under your responsibility, conducting daily optimization processes, tracking daily spending in line with monthly planning,
  • Daily monitoring of Google Analytics performance, discussing and resolving potential shortcomings with the brand, periodic checking for targeted KPIs and ROAS, identifying deficiencies and managing the development process,
  • Examining the website, advertising platform accounts, Google Analytics and Tag Manager accounts of brand candidates for new brand acquisition, analyzing competitors, and preparing presentations based on these.
