Roles & Responsibilities – Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.).
- Manage SEO & SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.
- Create targeted campaigns for specific audience segments.
3. Content & Creative Direction
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce engaging content.
- Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines and are optimized for each platform.
- Develop content calendars for blogs, social media, and video platforms.
4. Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to track performance.
- Run A/B testing to optimize ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights.
5. Social Media & Community Management
- Oversee brand presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for promotions.
6. Marketing Technology & Tools
- Stay updated with the latest marketing tools, AI integrations, and automation platforms.
- Manage CRM systems, remarketing tools, and customer journey tracking

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
