Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our company’s online presence. The role involves handling social media, optimizing posts, analyzing performance, and improving digital marketing strategies for our construction and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Plan, schedule, and optimize posts
• Analyze reach, engagement, and lead performance
• Manage basic paid ads (Meta / Google – preferred)
• Coordinate with internal content and video teams
• Prepare monthly performance reports and strategy improvements

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing & analytics
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics
• Construction / real estate marketing experience is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
