Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience specifically in the medical or healthcare sector in UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all digital marketing platforms to grow brand presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and internal medical teams.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and healthcare marketing regulations.

Qualifications and Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing within the medical/healthcare field (mandatory) in UAE.
• Strong knowledge in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative, organized, and results-driven personality.
• Must currently be in UAE.
