What We're Looking For:
At GNC we embrace a “Live Well” philosophy, fostering a dynamic environment where innovation meets passion. Whether someone is an athlete or just starting to focus on their health, we want to deliver the cutting-edge products they deserve. We are looking for an individual who is excited and eager to play a pivotal role in driving excellence in the health and wellness industry. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a collaborative environment where you will make a personal impact every day.
We are seeking a Senior Director and Head of Technology Portfolio & Delivery Management to lead enterprise-wide technology planning, prioritization, and delivery execution across a complex, fast-moving retail organization. This role is responsible for ensuring technology investments are aligned to business strategy, delivered predictably, and optimized for value, cost, and speed.
This leader will partner closely with Technology, Product, Data, Ecommerce, Finance, and Business leaders to establish portfolio governance, delivery standards, and operating cadence—while driving transparency, accountability, and execution excellence across all major initiatives.
Reporting directly to the EVP, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, this role is one of the few positions within Technology with end-to-end visibility and purview across all domains - including digital, product, data, engineering, and enterprise platforms. As a result, it is a high-visibility role that operates at the center of execution, prioritization, and leadership decision-making.
This is not a passive PMO or reporting function. The role combines strong operator chops with strategic judgment -owning how work is planned, funded, sequenced, governed, and delivered. It acts as the connective tissue across technology and business leadership, driving execution rigor, surfacing risks early, and ensuring commitments are met without sacrificing agility or quality.
What You'll Do:
This is a Full-Time Salary Position

- Technology Financial Management: Partner with Finance and Technology leadership on investment planning, capacity management, and spend transparency. Help leaders understand the cost, return, and tradeoffs of technology decisions.
- Executive Partnership & Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to the CDTO and other senior technology and business leaders. Prepare and frame executive communications, decision materials, and progress updates with clarity and credibility.
