Summary: The Senior Director Global Procurement leads the end-to-end procurement strategy across both Direct and Indirect categories within Huda Beauty’s global organization.

In a context where the company does not operate owned manufacturing facilities, the role oversees the sourcing and management of components, including primary and secondary packaging, as well as strategic partnerships with tier-1 and tier-2 contract manufacturers and fillers responsible for product filling and assembly.

On the Indirect Procurement side, the role manages complex and fast-evolving spend categories linked to brand development, global distribution, and digital operations, including logistics and freight, marketing and creative services, IT and digital solutions, CAPEX-related sourcing, and professional services.

The position operates at the intersection of industrial performance, cost structure optimization, supply security, and brand excellence, ensuring that procurement fully supports Huda Beauty’s growth, innovation, and quality ambitions.

• Packaging (primary and secondary)
• Contract manufacturing / subcontracting (where applicable)

Indirect Procurement

• Logistics and freight
• Marketing and agency services
• IT, digital, and software services
• CAPEX-related sourcing
• Professional and consulting services
• Travel and corporate services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Governance

• Define and execute the global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish scalable governance, policies, and decision frameworks.
• Lead procurement transformation and maturity roadmap.

Organizational Leadership

• Design and develop the procurement organization and talent pipeline.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive succession planning and capability development.

Value Creation & Performance

• Own procurement budget governance, long-term cost structure, and financial performance in partnership with Finance.
• Own procurement performance (cost, service, risk, innovation).
• Drive strategic sourcing, value analysis, and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure contract coverage and compliance.

Supplier & Risk Management

• Lead strategic supplier partnerships.
• Oversee risk mitigation, dual sourcing, and contingency planning.
• Manage geopolitical, regulatory, and capacity risks.

Digital & Process Excellence

• Lead digitalization and reporting roadmap.
• Implement data-driven performance management.

Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as procurement representative at advanced level.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Legal, R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Lead annual procurement planning, budget cycles, and multi-year cost optimization roadmap.

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in global procurement / supply chain.
• Proven experience in beauty, FMCG, or contract manufacturing.
• Strong executive presence and change leadership.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contracting, and digital tools.
• High emotional intelligence and strong people leadership.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
