Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth and visibility. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of multichannel marketing, digital trends, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B marketing, e-commerce, and content marketing, alongside expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content creation.
- Lead multichannel marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement across various platforms including print advertising and e-commerce.
- Manage advertising sales efforts while optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product launches and sales initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights that inform strategic planning.

Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of WordPress for website management and content updates.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
