Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth and visibility. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of multichannel marketing, digital trends, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B marketing, e-commerce, and content marketing, alongside expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content creation.
  • Lead multichannel marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement across various platforms including print advertising and e-commerce.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts while optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product launches and sales initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights that inform strategic planning.
  • Create compelling copy for various channels including website content, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team to foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design purposes.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress for website management and content updates.
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management related to marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a focus on creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
