Role Summary

Manage and oversee document control processes to ensure accurate recording, storage, and distribution of project documents. Supervise document control staff, develop procedures, and collaborate with project teams to maintain compliance and support efficient workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise document control activities and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Organize, categorize, and file documents for easy retrieval.
  • Manage document distribution and track revisions and approvals.
  • Develop and improve document control procedures and workflows.
  • Train and support document control team members.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders on document-related issues.
  • Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide technical support for document management systems.
  • Support HSE initiatives and safety activities.


Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of ISO standards, records management, and Microsoft Office.
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP, is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in document control, with 3 years relevant experience.
  • Diploma or related qualification.
