Job Description:

Senior Document Controller

Abu Dhabi, UAE

What You'll Be Doing:

• You will perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department.

• Plans, organizes, and implements systems for efficient document processing of all communications, supplier documents, design documents, construction documents or other internal or external documents.

• Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department groups. Incumbent is typically responsible for a small to medium-sized project.

• Be working on the processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.

• Implements document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management. Administers data/document management applications.
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A Bachelors degree or diploma in any field

• Minimum 8 years experience as a document controller

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Assignments will require a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (Aconex). Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
