KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a PMC role for Senior Document Controller (UAE National) for an Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi (contractor’s Office).

Requirements

• Candidate having at least 1-2 years’ experience in Document control within any industry
• Having experience within Oil & Gas or any Engineering industry would be an added advantage.
• Previous experience with ADNOC Company is preferrable.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures for all project documentation
• Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards
• Maintain up-to-date document registers and databases
• Coordinate document revisions and ensure proper version control
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and presentations
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely document submissions and approvals
• Perform regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures
• Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of project documents
