Senior Draftsman

We are currently seeking a Senior Draftsman – Earthworks to join our engineering team for ongoing infrastructure and construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings, plans, and cross-sections for earthworks projects

- Produce drawings for excavation, backfilling, grading, cut & fill, and site leveling works

- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and planning team for design accuracy

- Interpret survey data, contours, and site levels for construction drawings

- Revise drawings based on site requirements and consultant comments

- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards

- Maintain proper documentation and drawing control logs

- Assist in quantity take-off and as-built drawings preparation

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Drafting / Related Field

Minimum 10-15 years experience as Draftsman in earthworks or infrastructure projects

Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Civil 3D is an advantage

Strong understanding of earthworks, grading, and site development drawings

Ability to read and interpret engineering and survey data

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

UAE/Gulf experience is an advantage
