Profile Summary:

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Accountant with 7-9 years of experience in E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Export accounting. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in GST & TDS compliance, MIS reporting, payroll management, vendor reconciliation, and statutory filings. Must be proficient in Tally Prime/ERP, Advanced Excel, MyGSTcafe, Computax, with hands-on experience in reconciliation across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Tata1mg, and Hyuga life.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete bookkeeping for e-commerce, manufacturing, and export business verticals.

· Oversee e-commerce accounting, transaction tracking, and multi-portal reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, Tata1mg, HealthXP, Hyuga Life).

· Perform Tally Prime/ERP accounting, dashboard reconciliation with payment gateways, and ensure accurate MIS reporting.

· Ensure timely GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), GSTR2A/2B reconciliation, TDS returns (24Q & 26Q), Income Tax filings.

· Handle monthly MIS reporting, vendor payments, salary processing, ESIC & EPF compliance.

· Monitor accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and monthly book closing.

· Support finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.

· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and compliance.

· Provide insights and analysis to management for decision-making.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong expertise in E-commerce reconciliations, GST, TDS, ESIC, EPF & statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, MyGSTcafe, Computax & Advanced Excel; knowledge of Zoho Books or similar ERP will be a plus.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.

· Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, payroll, and vendor management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

· 7–9 years of proven experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Export sectors.

· CA/ICWA Inter or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
