Senior E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, marketplace coordination, promotions, and customer satisfaction across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions across all online marketplaces.
• Monitor inventory, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
• Analyze sales reports, traffic data, and product performance for improvement.
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing teams for banner updates and product creatives.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or Shopify.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO and online marketing tools.
• Experience in order management systems (OMS) or ERP software.
• Basic graphic editing skills (Canva, Photoshop).
