About the Role

We are looking for a Senior E Commerce Manager who will take full ownership of our online business operations. You are not just managing a website. You are driving revenue, optimizing customer journeys, and shaping the digital growth strategy of the company. You will lead cross functional teams, align marketing and operations, and ensure a smooth and profitable online experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
E Commerce Strategy Ownership
Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience across all digital platforms.
Platform Management
Oversee the day to day operations of the e commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and performance optimization.
Digital Marketing Alignment
Work closely with the marketing team to drive traffic through SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media channels.
Performance Analytics
Monitor key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost. Use data insights to improve performance.
Customer Experience Optimization
Continuously improve the online journey, from browsing to checkout, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor e commerce, content, and support teams. Set clear goals and ensure high performance across all functions.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in e commerce management, digital retail, or online business operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of e commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies including SEO and paid advertising.
Business Mindset
You understand both the technical and commercial sides of e commerce and can balance growth with profitability.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate across departments, and drive results in a fast paced environment.
Communication Skills
Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
Mindset
You are results driven, data focused, and proactive. You take ownership and continuously look for ways to improve performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RO2,500.000 - RO2,800.000 per month
