Senior E-commerce Marketplace Manager (Multi-Channel)

Drive the future of global D2C retail — Gallant Sports UK is hiring a Senior E-commerce Marketplace Manager to lead and scale our multi-platform sales operations.

About the Role:

As a leading brand in the health and fitness sector, we are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Senior Marketplace Expert. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our global sales channels—including eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, TEMU and emerging platforms—consolidating operations to drive unified brand growth. and boost sales You will manage end-to-end sales strategies, oversee advanced listing optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally to capture market share and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and promotional strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms (eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).
• Listing & SEO Mastery: Oversee high-level catalog management, ensuring all product listings are optimized for search visibility, conversion rates, and the ultimate customer journey.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor daily sales performance, analyze competitor trends, and utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a central hub between Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Creative departments to ensure seamless operational execution and brand consistency.

Required Skillset:

• Proven senior-level experience managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces and direct-to-consumer (D2C) storefronts.
• Deep technical understanding of marketplace algorithms, PPC advertising, and SEO optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
