Senior E-commerce Operations Manager

We're looking to hire 💼 an experienced Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team! The ideal candidate will be a pro at managing end-to-end operations and coordination across marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, AJIO, and Shopify, with strong expertise in Easycom or similar OMS software.

Key Responsibilities 🎯:

🔹 Oversee e-Commerce operations across marketplaces & brand website (Shopify)

🔹 Monitor & fulfill daily orders, coordinate with logistics, resolve shipping issues

🔹 Manage inventory across platforms using Easycom & internal tools

🔹 Handle returns, reverse logistics & customer resolutions

🔹 Ensure accurate & optimized product listings + catalog content uploads

🔹 Manage pricing, discounts, and ensure platform compliance

🔹 Coordinate with marketplace account managers (Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata Cliq)

🔹 Track sales performance, stock movement, and optimize return ratios

🔹 Collaborate with finance for reconciliation of orders, returns, and payments

Requirements 📋:

✅ 5+ years of e-Commerce operations experience (Marketplace + D2C)

✅ Hands-on with Easycom / Unicommerce / Vinculum / OMS Tools

✅ Strong expertise in backend operations across major marketplaces

✅ Excellent coordination, reporting & communication skills

✅ Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
