Job Description
Conceptualization: Developing creative ideas, ad hooks, and scripts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

Visual Direction: Overseeing the visual storytelling, framing, and tone of each ad to ensure high engagement and relatability. This includes defining the visual language of the film — from shot composition, camera angles, and movement to lighting setups that enhance mood and highlight key emotions. Ensure every frame serves the story, reflects the brand’s aesthetic, and captures attention within the first few seconds. Focus is on creating visually consistent, emotionally resonant, and performance-driven ad films that connect instantly with the audience.

Work on brand films & larger campaign narratives, where the focus goes beyond performance to building brand identity and emotional connection through cinematic storytelling, cohesive color palettes, and authentic human moments.

Production Planning: Coordinating shoot logistics, talent, and resources to execute shoots efficiently.

Post-Production Supervision: Collaborating with editors to refine pacing, visuals, sound design, and overall quality for final delivery.

Performance Focus: Creating data-backed ad content optimized for hook rates, watch time, and conversion.

Goal is to bridge creative storytelling with performance insights ensuring every video not only looks great but also delivers results.

Must-have skills: Camera operation, Knowledge of camera angles, lighting design, video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), scriptwriting, conceptualization, and visual storytelling.
