Cambridge Partnership for Education (Partnership) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Education Advisor, where you will play a key role in supporting the UK and MENA based team to identify, shape and secure education reform opportunities across the MENA region. The role focuses on building strong relationships with ministries of education and key stakeholders, developing a robust regional pipeline, and supporting the progression of high value opportunities through contract award.

About the role
Cambridge Partnership for Education works with ministries of education and international development organisations to improve the quality and performance of education systems worldwide. We design bespoke education reform solutions tailored to each country's unique context, priorities and vision, enabling sustainable impact and meaningful change.
As a Senior Education Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues identify, shape and progress education reform opportunities across the MENA region. The role combines regional market insight, relationship management and commercial acumen, working closely with ministries of education, partners and internal teams to develop high value opportunities aligned to Cambridge's education reform proposition.
Using your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you will support the development of solutions and proposals, coordinating closely with Business Development, Technical, Delivery and Corporate Services teams, as well as external partners where required. You will act as a key regional interface throughout the opportunity lifecycle—from early engagement and qualification through to bid development, contract award and transition to delivery.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. About You
You will bring strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a complex, international environment. With proven experience supporting opportunity development, solution shaping or bid activity, you will be confident contributing to the progression of high value opportunities and comfortable working at pace with multiple priorities.
Ideally, you will have knowledge of public sector procurement processes, including working with ministries of education, government bodies or donor funded organisations, and an understanding of how education reform programmes are developed, approved and contracted.
You will be able to influence and communicate effectively at a senior level, both internally and externally, and work on your own initiative to provide regional insight, education expertise and commercial input throughout the opportunity lifecycle. You will also have:
