Construction Electrical Senior Engineer (Technical office)

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for preparing engineering designs and receiving work from contractors in order to ensure their compliance with the contract terms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the required engineering designs for networks and equipment with the aim of working on their implementation.
• Participate in the technical evaluation of project proposals and review technical documents in order to support decision-making.
• Review maintenance contracts for equipment in order to ensure that they are implemented according to plan.
• Matched design drawings with operational drawings in order to ensure compliance with them.
• Work on studying the executive proposals submitted and studying the returns from them with the aim of continuous development.
• Work on projects to standardize spare parts for identical equipment for industrial facilities in geographical areas to obtain the best quality.
• Receive projects and work after they are completed to ensure that they meet what is required in the contract.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• +4 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Have strong Knowledge in Revit MEP, Autocad, and Dialux ( lighting program).
• Have strong Knowledge in Fire alarm systems using (NFPA).
• Having good knowledge in battery calculation, intrusion systems, sound systems, CCTV systems, central clock systems, security systems, IP telephony, wireless systems, grounding systems, lightning arrestor systems, nurse call systems, audiovisual systems, design criteria, load estimation, bill of quantities, electrical specifications, shop drawings for all systems, all indoor (buildings), and outdoor (infrastructure) electrical works,
• Good time management and Communication skills.
• Good Problem-solving Skills.
• Proficient with MS Office programs.
