Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering design, execution, and coordination for MEP projects. The candidate will ensure high-quality project delivery, compliance with standards, and effective collaboration with project teams, supervising all electrical works at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves leading large site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing execution of electrical systems in high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site electrical activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

• Manage execution of all electrical systems (MV, LV, ELV,.etc.)

• Oversee electrical works in high-rise building projects.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Lead and manage site teams.

• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.

• Prepare monthly progress bills and follow up with concerned parties until approval and certification.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Review shop drawings and coordinate technical submissions.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems.

• AutoCAD and Revit (preferred) skills for reviewing drawings and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Site Electrical Engineer.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems execution and site management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit is an added advantage.
